I think for most players a 5-5-1-1 skill setup is what you#re aiming for with him.Stocks: Real-time U.S. Even his expertise skill is a small reduction that will, technically, make him cycle through skills faster but the talent builds provide that much rage that it’s not needed badly. His 3rd skill is about attacking strongholds and other governor cities, something not many players do frequently in Rise of Kingdoms and his 4th skill won’t bring that much. And here is the good news… you don’t need to max out Xiang Yu to get most of his potential. It’s a flat buff on cavalry attack but also a ton of extra march speed that is really useful in so many situations. At 2-Star you also want to max out his 2nd skill.
